MorgenStund' with Banana, Raspberries and Cinnamon

Ingredients for one serving
3 tbsps MorgenStund'
120 – 140 ml water
1/2 banana
2 tbsps fresh or frozen raspberries
4 – 6 dried dates or figs
1 tsp ground linseed or coconut flakes
1 shot cream, rice drink or similar
some cinnamon
Preparation

Mix MorgenStund' in boiling water and allow to soak for 1-2 minutes. Or: Take a bit more water (160-180 ml) and bring MorgenStund' to the boil, stirring with a whisk, and simmer over a low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then leave the porridge to cool a little.

Chop the banana, dates or figs and stir them into the porridge together with the linseeds or coconut flakes and raspberries. Add the cream and refine with cinnamon.
