Fit for Fall - the alkaline way

In a "Detox Week" with the motto "Fit for Fall", 20 participants have the opportunity to get to know, experience and enjoy the benefits of an alkaline lifestyle with our long-standing brand ambassador Monica Meier-Ivancan.

The venue for the fitness and health program is the five-star organic hotel Stangelwirt in Tyrol (Austria). The picturesque setting in Going am Wilden Kaiser invites a feeling of wellbeing. The surrounding nature offers numerous opportunities for physical activity.

From September 12th to 17th of this year, the focus will be on health, wellness and detoxification. Five nights in beautifully furnished rooms as well as numerous Stanglwirt services are included.

The daily schedule includes a varied sports program, shared alkaline meals and cosmetic treatments for the deacidification and relaxation of the body. Monica will introduce participants to the topic of "holistic health". The week will also be accompanied by Jentschura products such as MorgenStund', TischleinDeckDich, MeineBase / AlkaBath & Co.

Participants will learn and experience a lot about the acid-alkaline balance, as well as being able to focus on themselves, their bodies and their well-being. This is the perfect way to boost your metabolism and your immune system before the next cold season!
