How to use the alkaline body wrap cloth

The alkaline body wrap cloth can be used sprayed or wet with an alkaline solution or dry.

Sprayed with an alkaline solution:

1. MeineBase/AlkaBath in about ½ litre of warm water. Fill the laundry spray bottle with the solution.
2. Spread out the body wrap cloth on a massage table, bed or the like and spray it with the solution.
3. Lay down on it, place the feet into the openings and wrap yourself up in the wrap cloth.
4. A woollen blanket can be placed over it or it can
   be placed under the wrap cloth on the massage table, bed or
   the like beforehand. You then wrap this around you too. This serves as a warm outer cloth for the
   body wrap cloth.

The alkaline body wrap cloth can be used overnight or for resting during the day.

In dry condition:

The alkaline body wrap cloth can be used dry in all phases of rest or to cover the body following a body treatment with wraps, during or after the application of various body wraps as well as during a massage.

Washing instructions

The body wrap cloth can be machine washed using a colour detergent at a max. of 60 °C. Pull the body wrap cloth back into shape after washing and before drying and iron using the cotton setting if required. The body wrap cloth can also be tumble-dried at low temperatures.
