Preparation Basic recipe for TischleinDeckDich (for one serving)

Preparation in a pot:

Stir 5 tbsp (approx. 50 g) TischleinDeckDich into approx. 200 ml water/stock and bring to boil while stirring occasionally. Simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Quick version by kettle:

Put 5 tbsps (approx. 50 g) TischleinDeckDich in a bowl, add 170 ml of boiling water, stir and leave covered to expand for 5 minutes. Refine as desired and enjoy.

731 kJ/133 kcal, 1.75 g fat (of which 0.2 g saturated fatty acids), 2.85 g sugar, 0.03 g salt

Creative recipe ideas with TischleinDeckDich

Season to taste with pesto, cream cheese, soya sauce, vegetable oil (e.g. add linseed oil once cooled down), balsamic cream, vegetarian spread, tomato paste, cream, spices such as curry, paprika, garlic, herbs de Provence or herb salt.
