7x7 Melon Sorbet
Ingredients
| 100 ml | 7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb, cold |
| 650 g | watermelon |
| 4 – 6 tbsps | agave syrup |
| 1/2 | squeezed lime |
| lemon balm for decoration |
Preparation
Peel the watermelon and remove the seeds from the flesh as well as possible. Finely puree all the ingredients with a hand blender. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place in the freezer. Loosen the sorbet with a spoon every 10-15 minutes so that beautiful crystals form.
After about 1.5 hours, the mixture should be frozen enough. Divide into small bowls and garnish with the lemon balm.
