Across the Beet Smoothie
Ingredients for 1-2 servings
3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
140 ml | water |
200 ml | coconut milk |
1 | carrot (medium) |
½ | apple |
½ | fennel bulb (small) |
¼ | seeded cucumber |
2 | handful of fresh spinach leaves |
½ | peeled orange |
1 tsp | WurzelKraft/AlkaLife |
1 – 2 tsps | walnuts |
Preparation
Stir MorgenStund' into boiling water and leave to soak for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the carrot, apple, fennel bulb, cucumber and orange, add walnuts and coconut milk as well as the spinach and blend all ingredients well with a blender or hand blender.
