Berry Smoothie

Ingredients for 1 serving
75 ml oat milk
possibly a bit more water
75 g fresh or frozen raspberries
½ small banana
1 tsp lemon juice
1 – 2 figs
2 tbsps amaranth popcorn or chia seeds
1 – 2 mint leaves
1 – 2 tsps WurzelKraft / AlkaLife
Preparation

Finely chop all ingredients, place them in a blender and mix well.

WurzelKraft / AlkaLife may be added before or after mixing, according to taste.
