Date dip
Ingredients for an approx. 500 g bowl
130 g | stoned dates |
1 | clove of garlic |
200 g | cream cheese |
200 g | low-fat quark |
½ – 1 tsp. | harissa paste |
salt, pepper, curry, curcuma, cumin | |
1 – 2 tsp. | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |
Preparation
It’s best to chop the dates in advance, then chop again finely in a blender with the spices. Add quark and cream cheese and mix. Spread the dip on the bread and sprinkle WurzelKraft / AlkaLife over it
Tip: the dip is equally delicious with vegetables, potatoes and meat.
