Fresh green smoothie
Ingredients for 1-2 servings
approx. 125 g | spinach or lamb’s lettuce |
1 | apple or pear |
100 g | green grapes |
approx. 250 ml | water |
½ tsp. | lime juice |
a small piece of fresh ginger (to taste) | |
1 – 2 tsp. | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |
Preparation
Finely chop all ingredients, place them in a blender and mix well.
WurzelKraft / AlkaLife may be added before or after mixing, according to taste.
