“Fruity” 7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon or 2 tea bags | 7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb |
| ½ | apple |
| apple juice to taste |
Preparation
Take 1 tablespoon of 7x7 KräuterTee / AlkaHerb or 2 tea bags to 1 litre of boiling water and allow the tea to steep for approx. 2-3 minutes. Cut an apple in half, chop one half into pieces and place in a jug. Add a splash of apple juice if necessary. Enjoy the tea hot or cold.
