Good Morning Smoothie
Ingredients for 1-2 servings
3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
140 ml | water |
200 ml | coconut milk to taste |
50 g | lamb's lettuce |
80 g | blueberries |
½ | banana |
¼ | ripe avocado |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
mint, for decoration |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' in boiling water and allow to soak for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the avocado and banana and blend well with all the other ingredients using a blender or hand blender.
