Green Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 servings
1 | ripe banana |
1/2 | apple |
1/2 | avocado |
20 g | brazil nuts |
15 g | ginger |
50 g | lemon |
1 | water |
200 – 300 ml | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |
2 tsps | parsley, mint or lemon balm (to taste) |
Preparation
Peel the ginger and squeeze the lemon. Wash the spinach. Halve an apple and an avocado and roughly chop each half into pieces. Put all the ingredients into a jug blender and add 200-300 ml of water as required. Blend for about 1 minute until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Finally, stir a teaspoon of WurzelKraft / AlkaLife into each of the smoothies.
Brush the cut sides of the leftover apple and avocado halves with a little lemon juice and wrap in beeswax paper. Store in the fridge for the next day.
