Healthy Green Bowl
Ingredients for one bowl
100 g | broccoli |
5 stalks | green asparagus |
80 g | frozen peas |
30 g | red lentils |
1/2 | avocado |
20 g | mixed seeds and nuts |
50 g | lettuce/chard |
1 tsp | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |

For the dressing | |
2 tbsps | good quality olive oil |
2 tsps | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |
2 tbsps | yoghurt |
1 tsp | honey |
juice of one lime | |
salt | |
pepper |
Preparation
Boil the lentils in salted water for 5 minutes. Cut the woody ends off the green asparagus and peel the bottom third. Wash and clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Cook the asparagus, broccoli and peas in salted water until al dente.
Clean and wash the lettuce and spin dry. Roast the nuts and seeds briefly in a pan. Halve the avocado, remove the skin and cut into wedges.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl, whisk and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange all the vegetables in a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Sprinkle with WurzelKraft/AlkaLife and cress to taste.
