MorgenStund' à la Pina Colada

Ingredients
3 tbsps (about 35 g) MorgenStund'
Approx. 120 – 140 ml water
Several tbsps coconut milk to taste
60 g pineapple
½ banana
1 tsp coconut flakes or coconut chips
Preparation

Mix MorgenStund' with approx. 120-140 ml boiling water and leave to soak for 1-2 minutes.

Mix MorgenStund' with the coconut milk. Cut pineapple and banana into small pieces and add to the porridge together with the coconut flakes or chips.
