MorgenStund' Berry Bear breakfast

Ingredients for 1 serving
3 tbsps MorgenStund' (approx. 35 g)
120 – 140 ml water
50 g berries (e.g. blackberries and raspberries)
1 tsp. popped amaranth
1 tbsp. tigernuts
½ banana
1 shot oat drink or cream
coconut flakes and cinnamon (according to taste)
1 – 2 tsp. WurzelKraft/AlkaLife
Ingredients for decoration
3 hazelnuts
pureed berries (or jam, if preferred)
Preparation

2 variations:

a) as porridge

Stir MorgenStund' in approx. 120-140 ml of boiling water and leave to soak for 1-2 minutes. After that, puree the porridge in a blender together with the berries, banana, some oat drink or cream, and the popped amaranth and almonds. Keep 3 pieces of banana for decoration. When the MorgenStund' porridge has cooled down, add the berry cream (or alternatively, jam), and create a funny face with hazelnuts on it. The cheeks, for example, can be garnished with WurzelKraft/AlkaLife. Alternatively, the WurzelKraft/AlkaLife can be pureed with it.

b) as a breakfast drink

Simply add more almond or oat drink, and puree finely in the blender.

Tip: if fresh berries are not available, frozen ones will do.
