MorgenStund' Power Bowl

Ingredients for 1 serving
3 tbsps MorgenStund'
140 ml oat drink
1 apple
1 banana
1 – 2 tsps crushed linseeds
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp dried cranberries
2 – 3 mint leaves
Preparation

Bring the oat drink to the boil in a saucepan on the hob, stir in MorgenStund' and leave it to soak for 2-3 minutes. Then place half an apple along with a half banana, 2-3 mint leaves and the MorgenStund' porridge into a blender or puree with a hand blender.

Put the mixture in a bowl and garnish with the rest of the banana and apple, linseeds, walnuts and cranberries.
