MorgenStund' with Stewed Apples and Vanilla
Ingredients for one serving
3 tbsps (Approx. 35 g) | MorgenStund' |
120 – 140 ml | water |
1 pinch of | bourbon vanilla |
1 tbsp | light almond paste |
1 shot | cream, rice drink or similar. |
stewed apple, as required |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' in boiling water and allow to soak for 1-2 minutes. Or: Take a bit more water (160-180 ml) and bring MorgenStund' to the boil, stirring with a whisk, and simmer over a low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then leave the porridge to cool a little.
Stir in the almond paste and vanilla. Add the stewed apples and possibly some cream, rice drink or similar.
