MorgenStund' Smoothie
Ingredients for 1 serving
3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
Approx. 130 ml | water |
150 ml | oat milk |
1 | small apple |
3 | walnuts |
ground vanilla | |
1 tsp | linseed oil |
Preparation
Mix MorgenStund' with boiling water, leave to soak for 1-2 minutes and leave to cool. Now put into a blender together with the other chopped ingredients and blend. If necessary, add a little more liquid.
