“Refreshing” 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon or 2 tea bags | 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb |
| 250 ml | water |
| 50 ml | apple or grape juice |
Preparation
Take 1 tablespoon of 7x7 KräuterTee/AlkaHerb or 2 tea bags to 1 litre of boiling water and allow the tea to steep and cool for approx. 2-3 minutes. Add about 250 ml of water and 50 ml of fruit juice, e.g. apple or grape juice.
