Thousand and One Nights MorgenStund'
Ingredients for 1 serving
3 tbsps | MorgenStund' |
2 | chai tea (sweet) bags |
140 ml | almond milk |
½ | banana |
2 | figs (fresh if possible) |
pomegranate seeds of half a pomegranate | |
1 tsp | chopped pistachios |
Preparation
Bring the almond drink to the boil in a saucepan. Add the chai tea bags to the drink and leave to steep for approx. 8 minutes at a low temperature. Remove the tea bags from the almond drink. Stir in the MorgenStund' and leave to soak for 1-2 minutes.
Cut the banana and figs into small pieces and chop the pistachios. Add everything together with the pomegranate seeds to the MorgenStund' porridge.
