Approx. 130 ml | water or vegetable broth |
4 – 5 | cherry tomatoes |

75 g | chicken breast fillet. (Alternative: smoked tofu) |
1 tsp | organic coconut fat or organic olive frying oil |
2 handfuls | of leaf lettuce (lettuce hearts, lamb's lettuce, rocket) |
40 g | feta cheese |
1 – 2 tsps | WurzelKraft / AlkaLife |
Dressing: | |
1 – 2 tsps | lemon or lime juice |
1 tsp | honey |
2 tbsps | apple or orange juice |
1.50 tbsps | olive oil |

TischleinDeckDich Chicken Salad to go is the perfect solution for everyone who cares for a balanced diet in a stressful everyday life with little time to spare.
Put TischleinDeckDich in a bowl, add approx. 130 ml of boiling water, stir, season with herbal salt and curry. Cover with a lid and leave to expand for 5 minutes.
Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the chicken. Season and leave to cool.
Wash and slice the apple, pepper and lettuce. Chop the feta cheese into small pieces. Prepare the dressing from the ingredients listed above. Layer in the jar one by one as follows:
- Dressing
- Peppers
- Cherry tomatoes
- TischleinDeckDich
- Apple
- Chicken
- Feta cheese
- Salad
- Chilli sauce
- WurzelKraft / AlkaLife
Close the jar and refrigerate. Turn the jar upside down before eating to distribute the sauce evenly. Open the jar and either eat directly from the jar or serve on a plate.
Eat various and colourful! Mix your salad according to your mood. Also ideal for using leftovers!
Tip:
- Use an empty WurzelKraft / AlkaLife or cucumber jar as a salad jar.
- Vary the vegetables or the salad. You can also use grated carrots, peppers, cucumbers, avocado, etc.
- Very tasty: Roast some nuts without fat in a pan and add them to your meal.
- Too much salad for the jar? Then use a separate lunch box.
- Should you like it spicier, simply add chilli sauce as a topping!
