WurzelKraft/AlkaLife Zhough – fiery green chili paste
Ingredients for about 350 ml

60 g | coriander, fresh (1 bunch) |
12 g | parsley |
1 tbsp. | WurzelKraft/AlkaLife |
150 ml | olive oil |
4 | cloves of garlic |
4 | green chilis |
1 tsp. | ground cardamom |
1 tsp. | sea salt |
1 tsp. | cumin |
1/2 tsp. | Pul Biber (red pepper flakes) |
1/2 | squeezed lemon |
Mild version | |
50 g | parsley, fresh |
12 g | chervil |
2 tbsp. | WurzelKraft/AlkaLife |
12 g | coriander |
150 ml | olive oil |
4 | cloves of garlic |
2 – 3 | green chilis |
1 tsp. | ground cardamom |
1 tsp. | sea salt |
1 tsp. | cumin |
1/2 tsp. | Pul Biber (red pepper flakes) |
1/2 | squeezed lemon |
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except the WurzelKraft/AlkaLife and pepper flakes in a mortar, or blend them to a fine paste with a hand blender. When the desired consistency is achieved, add the WurzelKraft/AlkaLife and pepper flakes, and leave to stand for at least 20 minutes.
